Check out the May 23rd issue of Radar Magazine www.radarmagazine.com for "TV's Dumbest Anchors".

Mike sampled songs from the movie soundtrack, Madison. http://www.madisonthemovie.com/ for the movie and check out any record sites in the next month. It won't be on sale for a month or so.

Here is Mike List for MeTV on June 12th from 9p-1am:

The Rifleman

Barney Miller #46 "Hash"
Wojo brings hashish-laced brownies his new girlfriend made to the 12th Precinct, getting the detective squad stoned; while an actor and critic ("natural enemies" says Harris) square off with dueling swords. This episode was selected for TV Guide's "50 Funniest Sitcom Episodes of All Time."

Get Smart #57 "Pussycats Galore"
A beautiful woman comes to Max's apartment to reveal that important scientists have been disappearing from Pussycat Clubs (a takeoff on the old Playboy clubs). Max and 99 disguise themselves as Fritz and Greta Braun, married German scientists, to try and get kidnapped. Hans Fromme of the German Embassy invites them out to the Pussycat Club, where KAOS attempts to drug them. They are ably assisted by CONTROL agent Charlie Watkins, who disguises himself as a gorgeous Pussycat.
This episode is Ted Knight's second appearance as a KAOS agent.
Guest Stars:
Ted Knight (as Hans Frome) H.M. Wynant (as Frank Valentine) Angelique Pettyjohn (as Charlie Watkins) Jean Marie (as Pamela Courtney) Kelly Fitzpatrick (as Reporter)

Sanford #511 "Seinberg and Son"
Fred and Lamont are appalled when they see a sitcom, "Steinberg and Son" which amazing seems to be modeled on the life of Fred and Lamont. Fred and Lamont decide to check it out themselves and go to a taping of an episode and are shocked to see the similarities. In fact, the only thing different from the sitcom and Fred and Lamont's lives are the names of the characters and the fact that the cast is white. Lamont and Fred hire a lawyer and prepare a million dollar lawsuit against the producers.

Baretta #43426 "Dead Man Out"
Baretta risks his life going undercover as a prison inmate to discover why two suspects in a jewelry heist were killed. Guest Stars:
Jaime Lyn Bauer (as Miss Dalton) Tommy Lee Jones (as Sharky) Erik Estrada (as Ortiz) Herbert Bress (as Ernie) Sam Gilman (as Dalton) M. Emmet Walsh (as McDade) Nancy Burnett (as Eunice) Sharon Cintron (as Mimi).

The Untouchables #28 "The Frank Nitti Story"
This is a death sentence for Frank Nitti. Mario goes to Nitti, and tells him the mob Council demands he come to them. The 6 members find Nitti guilty of blowing the protection racket-- because of Nitti, Rogers is singing, and Miller is signing statements. All 6 members vote thumbs down. Nitti told someone, "You're dead" many times.  Now, it was his turn.
Fingered by the mob, hunted by Elliot Ness, Nitti goes on the lam. Ness and all his Untouchables chase Nitti in a hail of bullets. Nitti runs down into a subway station, and while fleeing, loses his balance and falls onto the subway tracks, while a speeding train is approaching. So died Frank Nitti, the brutal "Enforcer" for Al Capone, under the rushing wheels of a Chicago train.

Some of the artists of the '60s are revising their hits with new lyrics to accommodate aging baby boomers.

100 Club – Providing Assistance at a Moments Notice

Without the brave men and women who daily risk their lives for our sake, living as we know it would be very different. That is why when tragedy strikes in Cook County, the 100 Club of Chicago (a 501 (c) (3) organization) immediately responds with financial support to lessen the devastating effects. We realize money can never replace the loss of a loved one, but funds can be extremely helpful in easing the financial burden associated with these tragic events.

Usually within the first twenty four hours following the loss of a life in the line of duty, the 100 Club presents an initial check for $5,000.00 to cover the family’s immediate financial needs. In approximately ten days to two weeks, a second meeting is held with the family to completely review the family’s debts: mortgages, leases, car loans, credit card debt, debts from department stores, doctors, dentists and utilities are all reviewed. The 100 Club will pay up to an additional $50,000.00, including up to $30,000.00 against real estate debt or mortgage. In cases where a amount remaining due, the Club will contact the mortgage company or bank and try to arrange for the remaining balance to be re-written at the best possible rate of interest. In cases involving rental property, the Club will pay up to three years rent. Other legitimate debts, whatever they may be, will also be paid within our $55,000.00 limit.

An educational assistance program is available to all spouses and children and is in addition to the payment of debts at the time of the fatality. Our educational program is for higher education which includes trade or vocational school, college, university and graduate school.
