ANIMAL'S PERSONALITY TRAITS, LIKES OR DISLIKES: Abbey is a very sweet girl who lives to play. She will be best in a home with another small companion dog. She is good with everyone and other animals. She has high energy yet is also a loving lap dog. She is smart and would benefit from a formal training class.

HOW IS THE ANIMAL WITH OTHER ANIMALS? Abbey is eager to meet all other dogs and is in a foster home with three other dogs and four cats, big cats. She can play rough, however she is not aggressive but very energetic. She plays endlessly with the small dogs in her foster home.

HOW IS THE ANIMAL WITH CHILDREN? She is perfect for a responsible family with children. With formal training she would listen and would entertain children endlessly, running and playing.

HOW DID THE ANIMAL COME TO YOU? Abbey was transferred from a kill shelter by a special rescuer. She is in a good foster home which is providing good care and training.
